How will billing work if I need services above my contracted monthly hours?
Any hours above the contracted monthly amount will be billed at the hourly rate.
What if I only need a-la-carte services and not everything that you offer?
That’s fine! For this scenario it would be the most cost-effective for clients to work with me at the hourly rate and only get billed for what they need.
Do I have rights to the work you create for my business?
Any work that I create in regard to your business during my contracted services will be yours to use even if terminate a working relationship. However, I do reserve the right to also use marketing collateral in my personal portfolio (anything including confidential information is exempt).
What is the typical turnaround time for projects?
Unfortunately, this complexity depends on the size and complexity of the project, but most custom deliverables can be completed within 2 weeks. Let’s chat to discuss your specific needs.
When are you available?
I am available M-F, 9AM-5PM, but you can almost always reach me by text and if I am unavailable at your exact time of contact, I am almost always able to reply within 24 hours.
Will I be able to track your work?
Clients receive full access to my detailed hour tracking spreadsheet as well as real-time access to content awaiting your approval.
